Our Unique Approach

As a convening social impact organization, JTAA will be strategically positioned at the heart of both the grassroots communities and our institutional partners, will streamline efforts between the two constituent groups, while freeing up partner and member resources to focus on their areas of niche expertise.

Our community collaboration model will leverage the strengths of each communal organization in their respective areas of expertise while at the same time uniting a wide diversity of stakeholders in order to achieve maximum impact.

In order to limit barriers to access and to encourage community wide adoption, basic talent acquisition programs will be offered free of charge to the community, while there will be opportunity to add fee based ancillary services (example executive recruitment, nonprofit advisory) in order to support the development of more broad based talent pipelines and organizational competencies.
