About Us

Our Unique Approach

As a convening social impact organization, JTAA, Jewish Talent Accelerator Alliance, is strategically positioned at the heart of our grassroots communities and organizational partners.

Our community collaboration model leverages the strengths of each communal organization in their respective areas of expertise while at the same time uniting a wide diversity of stakeholders across the ecosystem in order to achieve maximum impact.

Our methodology supports synergistic, cohesive, and impactful community work performed in an effective, efficient, and sustainable manner.
Our activities are guided by theories of change and logic models that have been developed in collaboration with organizational partners, grassroots leaders, and North American social impact leaders sharing a common vision and purpose to eradicate hate and antisemitism across North America.

All basic volunteer talent acquisition services are offered free of charge to the community.
